Terms of use

Last updated October 15, 2026. These terms cover mm3sports.com, run by MM3 Sports Group in Oakland, California. Using the site means accepting them.

Is the site advice?

No. Every article, figure, tool, event and email is general information about the business of basketball. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. McKinley Malbrough III holds a J.D. but is not a licensed attorney, and reading the site, attending a session or writing in creates no attorney-client relationship. Rules, salary figures and deadlines change; each page shows its sources and date, and you should confirm anything you rely on with the governing body or a licensed professional.

Does the site create an agent relationship?

No. The site does not recruit or solicit players. Representation exists only under a written agreement signed off this site, in compliance with the players association, NCAA and state athlete agent rules that apply.

Can I share the content?

Yes, with credit. Quote or link to any page with attribution to MM3 Sports and a link to the page. Do not republish whole articles, sell the content, or present it as your own. Text, tables, charts and court graphics are copyright MM3 Sports Group. Photographs belong to their creators and are used under the licenses listed on the credits page. NBA, WNBA, NCAA, FIBA and team names are trademarks of their owners; MM3 Sports is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

What if something is wrong?

Every figure is checked against its source before publishing and audited regularly, but errors happen. Report one through the contact page. The site is provided as is, without warranties, and MM3 Sports Group is not liable for decisions made from it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Sources and outside pages are linked so you can check the work. MM3 Sports does not control them and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

What about forms and email lists?

Job applications and deadline alerts are handled as the privacy policy describes. Do not submit anything false, or anyone else's information.

Which law applies?

California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts in Alameda County, California.
