The short version

• Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
• The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad trackers.
• There are no forms or accounts. The only personal information MM3 Sports receives is what you choose to send by email.

What analytics does the site use?

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and load speed without cookies and without tracking individual visitors across sites. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and block attacks.

Which outside services load on the site?

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to download them.
• Google Translate is used only if you tap Español. That opens the page through Google's translation service under Google's privacy policy.
• Instagram links open Instagram, under Meta's privacy policy.

Does the site store anything on my device?

One setting in your browser's local storage records that you have seen the home page intro, so it plays short on your next visit. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What happens when I email?

Your email goes to mckinley@mm3sports.com and is used only to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list without your permission. To have your messages deleted, email the same address and ask.

Is the site for children?

The articles are written for players, families and professionals. The site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent who believes a child has emailed can ask for the message to be deleted.

What are my rights in California?

California residents can ask what personal information a business holds about them and ask for it to be deleted. Because the site sells no data and keeps only emails you send, a request covers those emails. Send requests to mckinley@mm3sports.com.
