About the agent fee box
FIBA caps agent remuneration for services tied to a player contract at 10 percent of its value, under article 3-327 of FIBA Internal Regulations Book 3. Your agreement can set a lower number. NBA and WNBA agents work under their unions’ caps, covered in what basketball agents make.
