Refund policy

Digital products (ebooks, templates, checklists, prompt packs)

Digital products: no refunds once downloaded. A corrupted, incomplete or not-as-described file reported within 14 days of purchase is replaced or refunded in full. Refunds return to your original payment method within ten business days.

To report a file problem, email mckinley@mm3sports.com with your receipt and a short note on what is wrong.

MM3 Sports gear

Gear is made to order and follows the returns terms on the Shop page.

Live sessions

Refund and cancellation terms for live sessions are shown on the Eventbrite listing before you pay.
