Season is the year shown on the site home page (2026). Club names are the nicknames the BSN site uses. Cities are given only where the page states them. The page notes a board-approved move of Osos from Manatí to Fajardo, where the team would operate as Cariduros; the lineup may change.

BSN homepage menu lists 12 clubs but a relocation item suggests the lineup may change, so teams left null. The BSN article about 2026 import (refuerzos) limits could not be fetched. A separate women's league called LBPF appeared in search titles and was not verified.
