The federation website shows division pages for men, including Division 1 and Division 3, and its 2024-25 season page calls the top competition the Decathlon Lebanese Basketball Championship. I could not find current 2026-27 structure, promotion rules or a women's league on pages I could open.

Source for this club list

This is the latest season the federation site shows (2024-25). No 2025-26 or 2026-27 list found. Names are as the federation writes them. Team pages exist on lebanon.basketball but were not all opened, so sites are empty.

The federation page for 2024-25 lists 12 clubs, but that is a past season so teams is null. Federation page for Division 3 men showed the same 12 clubs, which looks like a display error, so no level 3 row is given. No women's league page found on lebanon.basketball. FIBA entry lists the site as lebanon.basketball (its link was malformed).

Rules change each season and clubs apply them differently. Confirm any figure with the league or federation before you rely on it. This is education, not legal or tax advice. See a figure that is out of date? Send a correction with the source link.
