The federation site reports a men's Super League, whose 2024/25 final was Al Ahly against Al Ittihad. I could not open any federation page on the 2026-27 league system, team count or lower tiers.

National federation: Egyptian Basketball Federation.

Super League

Men's tier 1. Status: Partly sourced.

Name seen in federation headlines dated May 2025 (the cached news page I could open stops there). A 2026-27 system article exists on a news aggregator, which is not a primary source, so it was not used. Women's league not verified on a primary page, so no women's row.

Rules change each season and clubs apply them differently. Confirm any figure with the league or federation before you rely on it. This is education, not legal or tax advice. See a figure that is out of date? Send a correction with the source link.

Next: build your question list for a Egypt offer, work out take-home pay or read how overseas contracts work.
